Open back with dramatic sleeves!

I absolutely love this dress! The sleeves are bold, the open back is fun and playful, and there’s a fantastic hack guide that lets you create several variations. Hemming can be tricky, especially if you're working with a very lightweight fabric, and getting the hem perfectly level is still a bit of a challenge for me.
