How to order?
- On the site vikisews.com in the section «Materials for Sewing» select fabric, quantity and add order in shopping cart.
- Go to the shopping cart, check the order details, enter the promo code, if you have one, and click "Place an order".
- If you are not registered, you need to register by entering your email.
- Choose a convenient delivery method and specify the address. You will see the cost immediately.
- Go to the next step and choose a convenient payment method.
- Confirm and pay for the order.
The following options are available for delivery within Russia:
- Courier online - standard shipping, delivery of the order by courier to the house at a favourable price.
- Online parcel - standard shipping, delivery of the order to the post office.
- First class parcel - shipping up to 2.5 kg, the parcel is delivered mainly by plane, which reduces the delivery time, receipt at the post office.
- EMS domestic shipment is the fastest delivery method, the courier will deliver the parcel to your home or office.
International shipping options:
- International parcel - standard shipping, delivery of the order to the post office.
- EMS international shipping is the fastest way to deliver by air.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel. You will see the exact amount as soon as you choose a convenient option and enter the address.
The customs service of your country may additionally request the payment of taxes and duties, as well as require you to provide the details of your identity document.For more information, contact the Customs Department in advance.
After you complete your delivery, a tracking number will appear in your account which you can check the current status of your shipment. Parcels are given for delivery on the day of payment or the next day (depending on the time of ordering due to the difference in time zones).
Delivery times may shift for reasons beyond our control.
If you want to return an item:
- Within 7 days of receiving the order, you must send an email to email@example.com with the date and number of the order, the reason for the refund and bank details for which the refund is required. If the product or packaging is damaged, or the product does not match the description, please attach a photo.
- In response to this letter, you will receive a confirmation within 5 days with the return address and all the necessary details for sending the return.
- The return must be sent via JSC "Russian Post" with a parcel with the declared value and an attachment list and send a track number for tracking to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods that are in good condition can be returned if
- there are no signs of use;
- the salable condition is preserved;
- the packaging is undamaged.
The costs of returning goods of adequate quality shall be borne by the Buyer.
The costs of returning goods of inadequate quality shall be reimbursed by the Seller to the Buyer within 10 days of sending copies of the documents confirming the costs incurred to the e-mail address email@example.com.
A refund for goods of adequate quality will only be given when we have received the return of the product.
If there is a proven defect, a refund will be issued within 10 days of the application.
