Modified Oona dress. When I first made this I thought it unflatteringly revealing and more suited to a young and perfect figure. It was surprisingly easy to fix. I pinned the side seams of the top and skirt together stretched the casings as flat as I could by pinning them to my ironing board and slip-stitched the two casings together from the centre to the side seam. I did the same with the v—neck , stitching together about 3” which sprang back to 1.5” when the elastic was unpinned. Not only is this less revealing but I can wear pretty much any bra or bikini top underneath without it showing, which was not the case before. A successful fix I think 😃.
