Ricarda Blazer
Ricarda is a close-fitting, single-breasted, fully lined blazer with an accentuated waist. It is shaped with front and back princess seams and a center back seam. The blazer features a low V-neckline, a notched turn-down collar, and an extended shoulder line. Two-piece, fitted set-in sleeves are designed with a sleeve vent. The blazer fastens with buttons and buttonholes at the center front. Ricarda is above-hip length.
Model Eva: Height 176 cm (5’9”), Bust 82 cm (32 1/4”), Waist 62 cm (24 3/8”), Hips 92 cm (36 1/4”). Eva is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time — 2 days (16 hours).
To sew this blazer, choose suiting fabrics with the following properties: medium-weight, non-stretch or low-stretch, opaque, made of natural, artificial, synthetic fibers, or blends.
The following fabrics are recommended: gabardine, suiting, leather, faux leather.
Attention! We do not recommend stretchy, soft, lightweight (dress-weight wool), and loosely woven suiting fabrics.
For the lining, we recommend lining fabrics made of artificial fibers, synthetic fibers, or blends.
The blazer in the photos is made of leather. The fabric is medium weight and non-stretch. The fabric weight is 350 g/m2.
The lining is a blend of polyester (55%) and viscose (45%). The fabric weight is 130 g/m2.
