Sabrina dress
Sabrina is a close-fitting dress with a waist seam. The wrap-style front bodice is gathered at the waist. The back is shaped with waist darts. The dress has a deep V-neckline and long, set-in, fitted sleeves. It features an extended shoulder line supported with shoulder pads. The dress closes with an invisible zipper in the center back seam and is above-knee length.
Model Liana: Height 174 cm (5'9"), Bust 82 cm (32 1/4”), Waist 62 cm (24 3/8”), Hips 87 cm (34 1/4”). Liana is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time – 2 days (16 hours).
To sew this dress, choose medium-weight, soft, very stretchy knit fabrics. The stretch factor should be at least 2.0.
You can determine the stretch factor of the fabric yourself. Mark 10 cm (4") along the crosswise grain of the fabric, lay a measuring tape next to the marked section, and stretch the fabric. Divide the measurement you get by 10.
The fiber content should include elastane or spandex and can also include natural fibers, artificial fibers, blends, and synthetics.
Recommended fabrics: knits, lurex knits, spandex, biflex.
Attention! We recommend using only stretchy fabrics for this dress.
The dress in the photos is made of crystal biflex. The fabric is medium weight, soft, and very stretchy. The fiber content is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The fabric weight is 190 g/m2.

3. Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape, 1.5 cm (5/8") wide – 1.48–1.58 m (1 5/8–1 3/4 yd), depending on the chosen size and height.
4. One invisible zipper, 55–60 cm (21 5/8–23 5/8") long, depending on the chosen size and height.
5. Clear elastic, 7 mm (1/4") wide – 1.75–2.3 m (1 7/8–2 1/2 yd). The exact elastic length is specified on the pattern.
6. One pair of shoulder pads, 2 cm (3/4") tall.
7. Matching thread – 5 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 4 spools for the overlocker).
