Yasmine is a semi-fitted dress with an accentuated waist and a waist seam. The bodice is fitted with front and back princess seams. At the front, it features cup seams trimmed witha lace ruffle. The skirt features shaped yokes trimmed with lace ruffles at the front and back. The dress fastens with an invisible zipper in the center back seam. The short set-in sleeves are gathered at the top of the sleeve cap. The sleeve hems feature casings threaded with elastic and trimmed with lace ruffles. The dress has a free-hanging lining and a low shaped neckline. Yasmine is above-knee length.

Model Alyona: Height 171 cm (5'7"), Bust 83 cm (32 5/8"), Waist 63 cm (24 3/4"), Hips 89 cm (35"). Alyona is wearing size 36 in height 3.

To sew this dress, choose dress-weight fabrics with the following properties: medium weight, thin, soft, non-stretch or low-stretch, opaque. The fiber content can include natural fibers, artificial fibers, blends, or synthetics.

The following fabrics are recommended: dress-weight viscose, gauze, cotton, natural or artificial silk, eyelet fabric, challis.

Attention! We do not recommend stretchy knit fabrics.

The dress in the photo is made of natural silk. The fabric is medium weight, soft, non-stretch. The fiber content is 100% silk. The fabric weight is 120 g/m2.

The lining is a blend of silk (97%) and elastane (3%). The fabric weight is 115 g/m2.

8. Matching thread — 4 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 3 spools for the overlocker)

- sewing machine for construction

- overlocker for finishing raw edges. This may be replaced with a stretch overlock stitch or a zigzag stitch on the sewing machine (overlock or zigzag stitch width 2–3 mm, stitch length 2.5 mm)

- invisible zipper foot for the sewing machine
