Model Danil: Height 184 cm (6'1"), Chest 100 cm (39 3/8"), Waist 84 cm (33 1/8"), Hips 105 cm (41 3/8"). Danil is wearing size 44 in height 2.

Approximate sewing time — 1 day (8 hours).

To sew this long sleeve top, choose soft, medium-stretch knit fabrics with a stretch factor of 1.5–1.7, made of natural, artificial, blended, or synthetic fibers.

Attention! We recommend using only stretchy fabrics (interlock, regular rib knits, single jersey, baby rib knits, wide rib knits) for this long sleeve top.

You can determine the stretch factor of your fabric yourself. Mark 10 cm (4") along the crosswise grain of the fabric, lay a ruler next to the marked section, and stretch the fabric. Divide the measurement you get by 10.

The long sleeve top in the photo is made of single jersey. The fabric is soft, with a medium stretch factor. The fiber content is 95% cotton + 5% elastane. The fabric weight is 200 g/m².

2. Lightweight knit interfacing, 40 g/m², 140 cm (55") wide, for all sizes in all heights — 0.25 m (1/4 yd).

3. Clear elastic, 1 cm (3/8") wide, for all sizes in all heights — 0.5 m (5/8 yd).

4. Four buttons, 1 cm (3/8") in diameter.

5. Matching thread — 5 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 4 spools for the overlocker).

− sewing machine for construction

− overlocker for stitching and finishing seam allowances. This may be replaced with a stretch pseudo-overlock stitch or a zigzag stitch on a regular sewing machine (overlock or zigzag stitch width 2–3 mm, stitch length 2.5 mm)

− coverstitch or coverlock machine for finishing the neckline, the garment hem, and the sleeve hems. If you don’t have a coverstitch machine, the garment pieces can be finished with a twin needle on a regular sewing machine with a zigzag function.

IMPORTANT! We recommend using specialty needles when working with knit fabrics (for example, STRETCH, SUPER STRETCH, JERSEY, etc.). These are ballpoint needles that part the threads of the fabric instead of piercing them when sewing.
