Saloni capri pants
Saloni is a pair of close-fitting capri pants. The front legs feature stitched creases. The back legs are shaped with waist darts. There are slits in the side seams. The top edge is finished with a facing. There is an invisible zipper in the left side seam. Saloni is knee–length.
Model Anastasia: Height 175 cm (5’9”), Bust 83 cm (32 5/8”), Waist 62 cm (24 3/8”), Hips 90 cm (35 3/8”). Anastasia is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time — 1 day (8 hours).
To sew these capri pants, choose medium-weight, pliable, soft, low-stretch, opaque suiting fabrics. The fiber content can include natural fibers, artificial fibers, blends, or synthetics.
The following fabrics are recommended: denim, jersey fabrics, suiting fabrics with elastane content.
Attention! We do not recommend heavyweight non-stretch fabrics (crisp suiting) or lightweight sheer fabrics (chiffon, organza, stretch lace).
The capri pants in the photo are made of suiting fabric. The fabric is medium weight, pliable, soft, and low-stretch. The fiber content is 63% polyester, 34% viscose, and 3% elastane. The fabric weight is 250 g/m².

3. Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape with stitch reinforcement, 1.5 cm (5/8") wide — 1.5 m (1 5/8 yd)
4. Stitched straight-grain fusible stay tape for the slit, 1 cm (3/8") wide — 30 cm (11 3/4")
5. One invisible zipper, 30 cm (11 3/4") long, for all sizes in all heights
6. One hook-and-eye closure
7. Matching thread — 5 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 4 spools for the overlocker)
