Tasha trousers
Tasha is a pair of straight-cut trousers widening slightly towards the bottom. The back is shaped with waist darts. The top edge is finished with a facing. There is an invisible zipper in the center back seam. The trousers extend below the ankle.
Model Liza: Height 175 cm (5'9"), Bust 83 cm (32 5/8”), Waist 62 cm (24 3/8”), Hips 90 cm (35 3/8”). Liza is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time – 1 day (8 hours).
To sew these trousers, choose dress-weight fabrics that are medium weight, pliable, soft, non-stretch or low-stretch, and opaque. The fiber content can include natural fibers, artificial fibers, blends, or synthetics.
Recommended fabrics: satin, viscose, crepe de chine, sateen, natural silk, artificial silk.
The trousers in the photos are made of satin. The fabric is medium weight, pliable, soft, with a little stretch. The fiber content is 100% polyester. The fabric weight is 240 g/m2.

IMPORTANT! When purchasing fabric, please account for shrinkage and buy 5% more than required.
2. Lightweight interfacing, knit or woven, 140 cm (55") wide, for all sizes and heights – 0.6 m (5/8 yd).
3. Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape with stitch reinforcement, 1 cm (3/8") wide – 1.1 m (1 1/4 yd).
4. One invisible zipper, 25 cm (10") long, for all sizes and heights.
5. One sew-on hook-and-eye closure.
6. Matching thread – 4 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 3 spools for the overlocker).
