Lagertha Blouse
Lagertha is a straight-cut, loose-fitting blouse. The front and back of the blouse feature gathered top edges and applied shaped yokes. The blouse closes with an applied center front button placket. The turn-down collar has a separate collar stand. Voluminous long shirt sleeves are gathered at the sleeve cap and bottom edge. Each sleeve has a bound slit and is finished with a narrow buttoned cuff and applied ruffle. Lagertha is hip-length.
Model Anastasia: Height 174 cm (5’8”), Bust 86 cm (33 7/8”), Waist 63 cm (24 3/4”), Hips 91 cm (35 7/8”). Anastasia is wearing size 36 in height 3.

To sew this blouse, choose lightweight, soft, non-stretch or low-stretch, sheer or semi-sheer dress-weight fabrics made of natural, artificial, synthetic fibers, or blends.
The following fabrics are recommended: shirting, gauze, textured viscose, silk, artificial silk, chiffon, batiste, organza.
Attention! We do not recommend heavyweight, thick fabrics (heavyweight linen, denim), as well as knit fabrics.
The blouse in the photos is made of batiste. The fabric is lightweight, soft, and non-stretch. The fiber content is 100% cotton. The fabric weight is 60 g/m2.

3. Eleven button blanks (plus one or two spare ones), 1.2 cm (1/2") in diameter
4. Matching thread — 4 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 3 spools for the overlocker)

- overlocker for finishing raw edges. This may be replaced with a stretch overlock stitch or a zigzag stitch on the sewing machine (overlock or zigzag stitch width 2–3 mm, stitch length 2.5 mm)
- buttonhole foot for the sewing machine
- press tool and molds for button covering
