Lily blouse
Lily is a semi-fitted blouse with an accentuated waist. The front is fitted with princess seams. The back is fitted with princess seams and a center seam. The deep, open neckline is finished with a wide turn-down collar. The blouse is fully lined and closes with buttons and buttonholes at the center front. Lily is below-waist length.
Model Diana: Height 172 cm (5′6″), Bust 84 cm (33 1/8”), Waist 61 cm (24”), Hips 89 cm (35”). Diana is wearing size 36 in height 3.

To sew this blouse, choose medium-weight, pliable, soft, non-stretch or low-stretch, structured suiting and dress-weight fabrics made of natural, artificial, blended, or synthetic fibers.
The following fabrics are recommended: gabardine, denim, velvet, suiting cotton.
The blouse in the photo is made of suiting cotton. The fabric is medium weight, pliable, structured, and low-stretch. The fiber content is 95% cotton + 5% elastane. The fabric weight is 180 g/m².
The lining is made of 100% viscose. The fabric weight is 100 g/m².

IMPORTANT! When purchasing fabric, please account for shrinkage and buy 5% more than required.
3. Lightweight interfacing, knit or woven, 140 cm (55") wide, for all sizes in all heights — 1 m (1 1/8 yd).
4. Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape with stitch reinforcement, 1.5 cm (5/8") wide — 4.6 m (5 yd).
5. Elastic, 3.5 cm (1 3/8") wide. Length including seam allowances (specified on the pattern) — 30 cm (12").
6. Five button blanks (plus one or two spare ones), 1.1 cm (just over 3/8") in diameter.
7. Matching thread for the main fabric — 1 spool.
8. Matching thread for the lining fabric — 1 spool.
