Mally t-shirt
Mally is a close-fitting T-shirt with a grown-on stand collar and a center front hook-and-eye closure. The set-in sleeves are short. Mally is below-waist length.
Model Alina: Height 170 cm (5′6″), Bust 82 cm (32 1/4”), Waist 62 cm (24 3/8”), Hips 89 cm (35”). Alina is wearing size 36 in height 3.
Approximate sewing time – 1 day (8 hours).
To sew this T-shirt, choose knit fabrics with a 1.5–2 stretch factor, pliable, soft, medium-weight, made of natural, artificial, blended, or synthetic fibers.
The following fabrics are recommended: biflex, single jersey, microfiber jersey, knits, and ribbed knits.
You can determine the stretch factor yourself. To do this, mark a 10 cm section across the width of the fabric, lay a ruler next to it, and stretch the fabric. Divide the measurement you get by 10.
The T-shirt in the photo is made of soft, pliable knit fabric. The fabric is medium-weight, soft, and stretchy. The fiber content is 50% acetate + 28% nylon + 18% polyester. The fabric weight is 260 g/m². The stretch factor is 1.5.

IMPORTANT! When purchasing fabric, please account for shrinkage and buy 5% more than required.
2. Lingerie hook and eye tape — 65 cm (26")
3. Matching thread — 5 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 4 spools for the overlocker)
− sewing machine
− overlocker for sewing and finishing seam allowances. This may be replaced with a stretch overlock stitch or a zigzag stitch on a regular sewing machine (overlock or zigzag stitch width 2–3 mm, stitch length 2.5 mm)
− coverstitch or coverlock machine for finishing the garment hem. If you don’t have a coverstitch machine, the garment hem can be finished with a twin needle on a regular sewing machine with a zigzag function
IMPORTANT! We recommend using specialty needles when working with knit fabrics (for example, STRETCH, SUPER STRETCH, JERSEY, etc.). These are ballpoint needles, which part the threads of the knit fabric without piercing them when sewing.
