Greta is a godet skirt, semi-fitted at the top and flared below the knees. The skirt consists of six godet pieces and closes with an invisible zipper in the center back seam. The waistband fastens with a sew-on hook and bar closure. The skirt has a free-hanging lining and is midi length.

Model Daria: Height 176 cm (5’9”), Bust 84 cm (33 1/8”), Waist 63 cm (24 3/4”), Hips 91 cm (35 7/8”). Daria is wearing size 36 in height 3.

Approximate sewing time — 1 day (8 hours).

To sew this skirt, choose suiting fabrics with the following properties:

- medium weight, opaque, non-stretch or with very little stretch

- the fiber content can include natural fibers (wool, silk, cotton, linen), artificial fibers (viscose), blends (wool + silk, wool + polyester, cotton + viscose, etc.), and synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane)

- We recommend suiting fabric.

Attention! We do not recommend stretchy or lightweight fabrics.

For the lining, choose lining fabrics made of artificial fibers (viscose), blends (viscose + elastane, viscose + polyester), or synthetics (polyester, polyester + elastane).

The skirt in the photo is made of suiting fabric. The fabric is medium weight and has very little stretch. The fiber content is a blend of cotton, viscose, and elastane. The fabric weight is 320 g/m2.

The lining is 100% viscose. The weight of the lining fabric is 100 g/m2.

IMPORTANT! When purchasing fabric, please account for shrinkage and buy 5% more than required.

4. One invisible zipper, 25 cm (9 7/8") long, for all sizes in all heights.

5. One trouser hook and bar closure.

6. Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape with stitch reinforcement, 1–1.5 cm (3/8–5/8") wide, for all sizes in all heights — 41 cm (16 1/8").

7. Matching thread — 5 spools (1 spool for the sewing machine + 4 spools for the overlocker).
