Skirt to go with the Bryce jacket

Once again a great pattern. One or two new processes but they all add to my skill base and give a good professional finish to the item of clothing. The main difficulty for me was finding the correct notions ie buckles, grommets for the buckles etc. Thanks again Vikisews
