A base for your every halter top

I'm so happy that I found this pattern. I only do minor changes so I have the dream top that I wanted so long. I have seen the halter top with Asian vibe so much on Pinterest, but I failed to do it so many times. I can not find any suitable pattern on Etsy for pettie height or they often come with backless or tie back (which I hate). I love that this pattern has the back and the back height just fit all my bras
